We weld using MIG/MAG and TIG methods. We work with steel, stainless steel and aluminium. The production hall is equipped with 5 welding stations, including a separate station reserved for stainless steel – separately to prevent material contamination and guarantee surface quality. We also have technology for restoring the surface of ground stainless steel after welding. We also have technology for spot welding and electrode welding.
For mass production, we design and manufacture our own welding fixtures, which ensure precise dimensions for each piece in the series. However, we can also handle single-piece and small-batch production just as well. The welding stations are equipped with a central exhaust and a crane for handling large parts.
All our welders hold a valid welding license. Welded joints pass final inspection and are manufactured according to prescribed standards.
